Medical Services

TeleTonicMD provides virtual primary care services through licensed healthcare providers. Our services include:

• Virtual consultations and follow-up visits

Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

Limitations and Disclaimers

Virtual care has limitations. Emergency situations require immediate in-person care. Call 911 for medical emergencies. TeleTonicMD is not responsible for technical failures or limitations of telehealth technology.

Payment and Refunds

Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements are made. We accept Medicare and offer payment plans based on income. Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to terminate services for non-compliance with these terms.
